I have been a Top 100 Realtor® in Palm Beach, Broward, St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties for 25+ successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful.  Currently I am the owner/Broker for my boutique Real Estate firm based in Lake Park, Florida. Although throughout my career I have owned and operated a large Real Estate firm from the late 1990's-2008 in which I trained and oversaw over 100 agents and 5 locations in South Florida.  Throughout my years in real estate I have participated in over 3500 real estate transactions and have overseen greater than 10,000 transactions as a qualifying broker.  I have been a sales manager for local developers at the start of my career, so I am intimately familiar with the New Construction process.  I have also owned a Short Sale negotiation firm which allows me to be of great assistance to buyers that are looking to purchase a pre-foreclosure home.  Furthermore I have listed and sold hundreds of homes in foreclosure as listing agent for many of our great countries prominent banks giving me wonderful insight to this process.  I have also bought, renovated and sold over 100 properties in my career, so I have a wonderful local contractor network to assist my buyers in any renovations they wish to complete on their new home and offer RENOVATION SPECIALIST services.  Finally, I am currently the senior property manager/owner of RTI Property Management LLC should you need property management services. 

As a full service Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Singer Island, Tequesta, Wellington, and West Palm Beach real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. I'm the best at it in the Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Singer Island, Tequesta, Wellington, and West Palm Beach real estate markets.
